Returns and Exchanges

We understand that buying shoes online can be difficult and do our best to simplify the process for you by making sure everything we sell is new and in perfect condition.

In the situation that a shoe does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist with an exchange or refund with the first 30 days of your purchase.

To make sure that all our customers are able to have the same great experience that you enjoy, we do require that all shoes sent back to us meet the requirements listed below.

Requirements for a refund:

  • Items must be in new, unused and resalable condition.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • There can be no stamps, packing tape or any labels on the shoe box itself.
  • Proof of purchase
  • RMA Number (obtained by contacting us)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the incorrect item was sent. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
